How to check if you already have an account?

Click the “Forgot Password" link.
- Enter your username (usually your email address). Don’t know your username? Click “Forgot Username” and enter your email to receive it.
- If you receive a password reset email, you already have an account. Follow the instructions to set your password.
- If you don’t receive an email, click “Create a new account.” Use your work email when creating an account. Personal emails may delay approval.
- New accounts are reviewed and activated within 48 hours.
