Arnie Girnun is an educational entrepreneurial leader driven by a deep commitment to expanding opportunity through education, healthcare, and workforce development. As Chief Success Officer at FVI School of Nursing and Technology, he has played a key role in elevating the institution into a recognized premier nursing and healthcare career school, preparing students for high demand careers while strengthening the South Florida healthcare ecosystem. In parallel, as Chief Success Officer of the National Society of Health Coaches, Arnie advances global community wellness by supporting healthcare professionals with innovative training and pathways to board certification.
Arnie’s impact extends well beyond his organizations. Appointed by the Governor of Florida to the board of CareerSource Florida, he played a role in shaping workforce strategy across the state and chaired the Finance Council overseeing a budget exceeding 200 million dollars. He has also led transformative initiatives such as TechHire Miami, creating life changing opportunities in technology for thousands of underserved youth, and has been a strong advocate for advancing women in technology.
A passionate mentor and champion of entrepreneurship, Arnie has guided emerging leaders as a coach, chair, and judge in global entrepreneurship programs. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and completed the MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s Program. Across all of his work, Arnie is focused on one mission: helping individuals build meaningful careers, strengthen their communities, and achieve the American dream.
Outside of his professional and community leadership, Arnie is a devoted husband of 35 years and proud father of three adult children. He enjoys reading, staying active, attempting to master golf, and traveling regularly to Africa on safari—experiences that reflect his curiosity, gratitude, and pursuit of lifelong learning.
