The People's House: A White House Experience is a cutting-edge educational museum experience that tells the story of the Executive Mansion, its inhabitants and the people who have dedicated their careers to its functions. Through innovative exhibits, objects, and interactive media, visitors can gain a deeper understanding of the White House's role in American history.  This space is operated by the White House Historical Association, a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1961 by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy with a mission to protect, preserve, and provide public access to the rich history of America’s Executive Mansion. The People's House: A White House Experience is a new educational museum experience located at 1700 Pennsylvania Avenue. Passes for the experience do not provide access to the White House, West Wing, or White House Complex.
