Under Federal Election Law, CECU must first receive prior authorization to solicit for Super PAC as required by the Federal Election Commission. Companies may grant authorization to only one trade association per year. Contributions to the Super PAC must be made by using a personal payment method, contributions cannot be made with corporate credit cards. |
