Washington, D.C., June 16, 2014 – Leaders from across higher education will convene at the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) Annual Convention and Exposition in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 16-18, 2014. “The Education Evolution” Convention will emphasize private sector collaboration and innovation. “This year’s APSCU Convention has been designed to emulate what many private sector institutions are known for—an accelerated, career-focused education. We’ve created five educational tracks that host sessions focused on the issues our institutions face today with extra emphasis on innovation and collaboration,” said APSCU President and CEO Steve Gunderson. “The APSCU Convention’s education tracks will provide our institutions with a platform for dialogue on the latest trends in postsecondary education. I look forward to participating in these important conversations with our institutions’ leaders, educators and innovators.”

The three day convention will feature five keynote speakers, five educational tracks and several networking opportunities. The event provides an opportunity for higher education and workforce leaders to address regulatory issues, establish and discuss best practices, and train professionals at all levels from the higher education industry.
