Mike Schade is Vice President, Human Resources, for North America, Global Digital, and IT at Johnson Controls. In this role, Mike leads the talent management strategy for more than 27,000 employees including customer facing Technicians/Mechanics and Sellers as well as Digital Engineers. With over 25 years of progressive leadership roles in human resources at IBM and Johnson Controls, Mike builds and implements innovative solutions to create an exceptional employee experience ensuring industry builds the workforce of the future.  

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
