Leadership Institute
The Next Step in Your Campus Leadership Journey!
The Leadership Institute is one of the most well-respected training conferences in postsecondary education and has a long history of graduating top-ranking alumni who have gone on to become school presidents, owners, and industry leaders. Delivering quality education to our students, and guiding them toward successful careers, begins with leaders like you—campus presidents/directors, department directors, and other campus personnel seeking to increase their knowledge across campus departments. At the CECU Leadership Institute, attendees will be exposed to all aspects of operating a campus, including but not limited to: admissions, financial aid, marketing, campus finances/budgeting, academic support, leading staff, community and government relations, and more! |

Hear what Leadership Institute Graduates have to say about the program!
Andrea Fricks, MBA, MAED Campus President All State Career Leadership Institute 2021 I have found the CECU Leadership Institute experience to be value-added; from CECU Hill Day in March to the virtual learning opportunities. I appreciate meeting with other like-minded leaders across organizations of our Sector. It is refreshing to hear success stories, brainstorm challenges and share best practices. I especially enjoyed the Campus Leadership session in July, with the CEO Leadership Panelists. Their transparency and perspectives on leading their organizations; even amidst a global pandemic, spoke volumes to their relentless dedication to service excellence and student outcomes. The CECU Daily Update keeps me connected to a variety of happenings, as they impact higher education, our Sector and our Nation. |
Robert M. Keiser Ph.D. M.B.A. Vice Chancellor of the Graduate School Keiser University Leadership Institute 2019 CECU leadership institute was a wonderful experience because it is both an opportunity for professional development and networking. Our guest speakers are leaders in industry, in their respective operational domains, and they provided great conceptual knowledge as well as best practices that have real world application. I also learned a tremendous amount from my colleagues who are leaders in their institutions. I was also able to create life-long business relationships and friendships with my fellow institute participants. I highly recommend CECU leadership institute for any career education administrator. It is an experience that cannot be replicated. |
Mark Peterson Campus Director of Admissions ECPI University Leadership Institute 2018 The Leadership Institute was well organized and provided me a better understanding of many of the nuances, challenges and successes of our higher education sector. I enjoyed meeting with other professionals from a variety of institutions, hearing about their best practices and ways they work to improve and sustain great student experiences. Hearing from several keynote speakers, who have years of experience and expertise to draw from was the highlight of the event for me. I walked away with concrete action items and felt the entire experience was valuable. |
