- February 3 - March 13: Call for Sessions Opens

- May 6 - Hotel Discount Ends
- May 7 - Freeman will begin accepting shipments to warehouse
- May 18 - Freeman early discount deadline
- May 29 - BAV (A/V services) advanced order discount deadline
- May 30 - BAV (A/V services) regular order deadline
- June 1 - Freeman - shipments received after June 1 will receive a late charge
- June 6 - Freeman will begin receiving shipments at the exhibit facility

Attendee List
Please note that attendees have the option to opt out and only attendees who opt in will be included.
Attendee Registration for Exhibitors
All exhibit booth staff need to be registered through the Attendee Registration, in addition to the exhibit booth registration. Your registration code was included in your booth registration confirmation email, if you need this code please email us at events@career.org.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation of the Convention due to fire, strikes, government regulation or other causes beyond CECU control, CECU shall not be liable for failure to hold the Convention as scheduled, and CECU shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor, 50% will be retained by CECU if notice of cancellation is received in writing before April 1, 2020, and no refund will be made for cancellation after April 1, 2020.
Exhibitor Expectations
Due to complaints regarding inappropriate costumes or displays, CECU is committed to taking the appropriate action to enforce the standards that currently exist. We expect our partners to respect our profession and to transact with us in ways that are appropriate to our mission of educating students. This includes use of language. If you have questions, CECU staff stand ready to provide advance consultation on appropriateness. For more information, please see contract for booth space.
Giveaways
CECU will post the giveaway information on the website but all exhibiting companies are responsible for managing their giveaway selection, announcement and contacting the winner(s). CECU will be unable to facilitate this process for any company.
Insurance
CECU requires every exhibitor include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before April 15, 2020: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Exhibitor Insurance for the CECU Convention is available through Rainprotection Insurance. Mobile App
CECU will list company name, logo provided through booth registration, booth number and any social media information provided in the registration process automatically.
Payments
All booth payments at due to CECU no later than 60 days after booth registration unless a new timeline has been agreed upon by parties. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please call 571-800-6521 for credit card payments.
Sponsorship
