  • Once this form is submitted, CECU staff will review requests in order of submission. 
  • Once a company has been offered a booth to relocate to, they must submit the form again if another booth becomes available they are interested in moving to. 
  • Please note that premium booths come with an additional cost, rates depend on your current booth type.

What Your Booth Includes
Each 10x10 booth includes the following:
  • Complimentary Booth Setup (if selected in registration)
    • 8' high Black Background Drape
    • 3' high Black Side Drape
    • One (1) 8' Skirted Table
    • Two (2) Armless Chairs
    • One (1) Wastebasket
    • One (1) ID Sign
    • Carpeted exhibit hall (brown/tan)
  • Two booth staff complimentary registrations. Use the discount code included in your booth confirmation email, or email CECU staff at events@career.org for your code. 
  • Attendee registration list, emailed approximately every two weeks, beginning April 13th. 
  • Company listed everywhere exhibitors are listed (program, onsite signage, etc.)

Please note that attendees have the option to opt out and only attendees who opt in will be included.  


Cancellations and Refunds
In the event of cancellation of the Convention due to fire, strikes, government regulation or other causes beyond CECU control, CECU shall not be liable for failure to hold the Convention as scheduled, and CECU shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded.

CECU will allow booths to cancel for a 50% refund, through May 15, 2023, and no refund will be made for cancellation after My 15, 2023. 
In the event that the meeting is canceled, all registrations and exhibit fees will be refunded or adjusted to account for a virtual event.​

Exhibitor Expectations
​
Due to complaints regarding inappropriate costumes or displays, CECU is committed to taking the appropriate action to enforce the standards that currently exist. We expect our partners to respect our profession and to transact with us in ways that are appropriate to our mission of educating students. This includes use of language. If you have questions, CECU staff stand ready to provide advance consultation on appropriateness. For more information, please see contract for booth space.

Insurance
CECU requires every exhibitor include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before May 15, 2023: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Exhibitor Insurance for the CECU Convention is available through Rainprotection Insurance. Email insurance certificates to events@career.org by May 15, 2023. 


**Payments

All booth payments are due to CECU no later than 60 days after booth registration unless a new timeline has been agreed upon by parties. If the booth is secured within 60 days of the event, all final payments are due May 15, 2023. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please call 571-800-6521 for credit card payments.

Registration for Exhibitors 
All exhibit booth staff need to be registered through the Attendee Registration, in addition to the exhibit booth registration. Your registration code was included in your booth registration confirmation email, if you need this code please email us at events@career.org.
