School attendee registration rates (except florida schools)
These registration rates apply to all attendees from schools EXCEPT schools located in Florida. If you are a school attendee from Florida please refer to the FAPSC registration rates below, even if your school is not a FAPSC member.
*Pricing for additional school attendees is based on two attendees from the same institution registering at the "First Two School Attendee" price. This cannot be combined with any other discount, including the Leadership Institute 2.0 program registration.
**Guest registrants will only be granted access to the exhibit hall for evening receptions.

These rates apply to all attendees from school located in Florida. If you are a school attendee from another state please refer to the rates listed above.
Allied Partner & Exhibitor Attendee registration rates
*Each 10x10 booth includes two complimentary exhibitor attendees. Exhibitors will receive a discount code to register attendees with.

Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded only if written notice of cancellation is received at CECU on or before May 6, 2020. In the event of a written cancellation, 30% of the registration fee will be retained to cover administrative costs. After May 6, 2020, NO refunds will be given. Please note that this cancellations policy applies only to attendees. Please see the the exhibitor page for information regarding booth cancellations.
Payments: All attendee registration payments are due to CECU by June 1, 2020. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please refer to the exhibit hall page for dates related to exhibit booth registration.

The 2020 Career Education Convention schedule is currently in progress, please view the outline schedule below. Please note that this schedule may change and will be updated leading up to Convention. Once you are on site at Convention, please refer to your program and the Mobile App for the most up-to-date schedule.
All programming and activities will be held on the Dolphin side of the resort.

Cancellations and Refunds: In the event of cancellation of the Convention due to fire, strikes, government regulation or other causes beyond CECU control, CECU shall not be liable for failure to hold the Convention as scheduled, and CECU shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. In the event of cancellation by Exhibitor, 50% will be retained by CECU if notice of cancellation is received in writing before April 1, 2020, and no refund will be made for cancellation after April 1, 2020.
Payments: All booth payments at due to CECU no later than 60 days after booth registration unless a new timeline has been agreed upon by parties. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please call 571-800-6521 for credit card payments.

The Advocate level sponsorship is an opportunity for organizations to be recognized as a year-round contributor to CECU events and offers additional benefits as as an exhibitor.
Annual Convention Sponsorships
Reception Bar - $35,000
Your organization will have the opportunity to host the onsite bar within the exhibit hall which is open at each reception time. These evening events will provide opportunities for networking, connecting, and introductions to build on the activities taking place at the convention. Your organization name and logo will appear throughout the event and in all marketing materials.
The bar has previously branded as the Draft House. The sponsoring company will work with CECU on the design and branding for the 2020 space.
Campus Park - $25,000
Meet me in the park! The park, located in the center of the exposition hall, dubbed the Campus Park is a favorite gathering place for attendees daily at the convention. Attendees are able to network in the park, take a minute to catch-up on emails and enjoy meals together. Sponsorship would include creative brand integration into the space with your company name/ logo.
wifi - $20,000
Become the official provider of the Convention WiFi! Allow your name to be the gateway for attendees to access the internet, check their email and share on social media.
Jay Lambeth Memorial Golf Tournament - SOLD
Help kick off Convention by treating attendees to the annual golf tournament! Tee times will occur on Sunday, June 7 and you can customize your golf package with the CECU staff.

Name badge Lanyards- $10,000
Company logo will be displayed on the name badge holder which all registrants will receive. (Name badge required for entrance at all convention events.)
Hotel Keycards - SOLD
Feature your company's logo on the official hotel keycard at the host hotel. Each attendee staying at the hotel will receive your customized card at check in to use throughout
Mobile app - SOLD
Company name and logo will be included in the convention's official mobile app available for all attendees to download. The app includes schedule and session information. The sponsors receives special recognition in the final program.
Specialty bar - $10,000
You may remember the infamous BACON BAR featured at the 2017 Convention...Design your own specialty bar to treat attendees to during one of the receptions. Customize it yourself or let our team get creative.
CONVENTION PORTFOLIOS - $10,000
Proudly display your organization name and logo by sponsoring the attendee portfolio.
Notebooks and Pens - SOLD
Each attendee will receive a notebook with a pen as part of their convention portfolio. Sponsoring company's logo will be on the cover of the notebook.
Water stations - $10,000
Promote your company logo on the water stations thoughout the meeting space for the duration of the event.
snack break - $7,500
Sponsor a snack break in the exhibit hall during the annual convention. Sponsorship includes logo placement on beverage stations and napkins.
portfolio Insert - $3,000 each
Opportunity for one flyer or give away displaying your company message included in the convention portfolio.
table stickers - $2,000
Have your company name or logo displayed on the hightop tables throughout the exhibit hall during receptions.
