Career colleges outside of the United States are eligible to join APSCU. International Membership is Internet-based only, with all communications through APSCU's website and via e-mail. Dues for International Members are based on APSCU's fiscal year of July1-June 30 and must be approved by APSCU's Board of Directors. This membership carries no voting rights.
