Arthur Keiser, Ph.D. is Chancellor and CEO of Keiser University, Keiser Career College and Southeastern Institute.  He also serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Trustees of Everglades University.  Dr. Keiser was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Education to serve on the Board of the national Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (NACIQI).  Dr. Keiser was recently appointed as a member of the Jacob K. Javits Fellows Program Fellowship Board.  He has served as elected Commissioner and Chair of the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT).  Dr. Keiser was appointed by the Governor of Florida to the State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities and the State Board of Independent Postsecondary, Vocational, Technical, Trade and Business Schools.  Dr. Keiser was appointed by Commissioner of Education Eric Smith in 2008 to serve as a member of the Florida College System Task Force.  Dr. Keiser is currently a Board Member of the Associated Industries of Florida.  He has been selected as a team leader, or as a team member, for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
