Anthony J. Guida Jr., serves as Senior Vice President of
Strategic Development and of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at
Education Management Corporation. Prior to joining EDMC in 2002,
Mr. Guida served as the CFO and General Counsel of Pennsylvania Culinary
Institute (1999 to 2001) and was a shareholder in the Litigation Section
of Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corporation (1986 to 1998). He
is a graduate of the University of Dayton (B.S., Accounting, 1982,
magna cum laude) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law
(J.D., 1986, Law Review).
Tony, his wife Carol, and their four boys reside in Pittsburgh,
PA.
