How to File Comments on the Gainful Employment NPRM
The process for submitting comments can seem overwhelming and confusing. We will break it down for you into simple, concise steps. This webinar will discuss:
• Navigating the regulations.gov website to submit your comments on the record;
• How to submit comments via mail; and
• Encouraging your students, alumni, employees, and the employers who hire your graduates to submit comments, and how they can do so quickly and easily.


Fiscal Year 2008 Cohort Default Rates to be Released
On Monday, September 13, 2010, the Department of Education will release official fiscal year 2008 cohort default rates for all institutions participating in the title IV Federal Stafford Loan programs.


Comments Sought on Gainful Employment
The clock is ticking. As of today, only two weeks remain to get public comments to the Department of Education (ED) on its unproven, unnecessary and discriminatory gainful employment proposal. We must use the collective views of students, graduates, institutions and employers to speak with one voice…and to achieve one common purpose…eliminating the gainful employment metric.
