At the2014 APSCU Leadership Institute, learn about providing quality service and academics to the new traditional student as our sector seeks to address critical areas, tackle today’s pressing issues, and advance the education quality.

To strengthen the learning experience even more, each day is programmed around a common theme:

  • Monday—Setting the Stage: The changing role and relationships of today’s campus leader
  • Tuesday—Campus Operations: Recruitment, admissions and enrollment, financial management
  • Wednesday—Academic Leadership: Curriculum development and delivery, program review and assessment, student services
  • Thursday—Planning and Community/Government Relations: Team development, campus management, communications, compliance, and ethics
  • Friday—Bringing It All Together: Change leadership, best practices, and graduation
