Pam Smith joined APSCU in January 2011 as the Vice President for Finance and Operations. Prior to coming to APSCU, Pam served as Chief Financial Officer for the Association of Business & Technical Consultants. Pam holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, an M.S. degree in Business/Information Technology Management from John Hopkins University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
PSCUs open doors to many of the 13 million unemployed and 90 million underemployed Americans by providing a skills-based education. To remain competitive over the next decade, we must identify between 8 and 23 million new workers with postsecondary skills. PSCUs are a necessary part of that solution, having produced over 800,000 degrees last year alone.
