Pam SmithPam Smith joined APSCU in January 2011 as the Vice President for Finance and Operations. Prior to coming to APSCU, Pam served as Chief Financial Officer for the Association of Business & Technical Consultants. Pam holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Baltimore, an M.S. degree in Business/Information Technology Management from John Hopkins University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
