Vice President of Communications

Noah BlackNoah Black was named Vice President of Communications for the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) in March 2013.

Noah joined APSCU from The Harbour Group, where he served as communications counselor and lead digital strategist to the firm's clients. While at The Harbour Group, Noah worked on communications campaigns for clients including education organizations, venture capital funded start-ups, trade associations and international governments. Noah graduated from the American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Studies of Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government.
