Noah BlackNoah Black is the Vice President of Public Affairs for the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU).

Noah joined APSCU in 2013 from The Harbour Group, where he served as communications counselor and lead digital strategist to the firm's clients. While at The Harbour Group, Noah worked on communications campaigns for clients including education organizations, venture capital funded start-ups, trade associations and international governments. Noah graduated from the American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Studies of Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government.

PSCUs open doors to many of the 9 million unemployed and 90 million undereducated Americans by providing a skills-based education. To remain competitive over the next decade, we must identify between 8 and 23 million new workers with postsecondary skills. PSCUs are a necessary part of that solution, having produced over 800,000 degrees last year alone.
