APSCU Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct clearly articulates that our members agree and commit to a collection of fundamental ethical practices in the delivery of educational services, always putting students first. Model Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct APSCU encourages every member to develop and implement its own internal code of ethics and conduct to guide their employees and we offer a Model Employee Code as a starting point.
